Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high performance, high quality heat exchangers and Tru-Twist® heat transfer tubing, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 were distributed to shareholders on 3 September 2009 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts is available from the Company's website at www.turbotecproducts.com and is also available from the registered office of the Company. 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Cobbetts LLP, No. 1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, LS1 4BN at 9:30am on 28 September 2009.
