Devro announces that on the 15 December 2009 Mr Stuart Paterson, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, acquired an interest in 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a cost of £1.31 per Share. Mr Stuart Paterson now has an interest in 60,000 Shares which equates to 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
