Lord Rothschild, a director of RIT Capital Partners plc ('RITCP': the issuer),

has today advised the Company in accordance with the Companies Act 1985 and UK

Listing Authority Disclosure Rule 3.1.2 that his Family interests in the £1

ordinary shares of RITCP comprise the following:

 

 

19,063,713 shares (12.39% of issued) held beneficially.

 

7,456,452 shares (4.85% of issued) held non-beneficially.

 

 

This notification follows a change in the director's role with regard to certain

family trusts and settlements which in consequence reduced his aggregate

beneficial interest and increase his aggregate non-beneficial interest by 1,016,518 shares (0.66% of issued).
