Transfer of Directors' Holdings

The Company has been notified today that Mr James Murray, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 700,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his spouse, Mrs Natasha Murray. On the same day, Mr James Sewell, Group Sales and Marketing Director, transferred 700,000 Shares to his spouse, Mrs Tania Sewell; and Mr Ben Marnham, Chief Operating Officer, transferred 700,000 Shares to his spouse, Mrs Claire Marnham.
