Devro announces that on the 16 March 2010, Dr Mike Cooke, a PDMR of the Company, sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £1.714 per share. On the same day his spouse, Mrs Heather Cooke sold 5,000 Shares at a price of £1.7212 per share. Following the transactions Dr Mike Cooke now has an interest in 62,318 ordinary Shares.
