Devro plc's capital as at 19 March 2010 consists of 163,320,714 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. Devro does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Devro Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
