red24 plc was notified on 12th August 2010 that, on 11^th August 2010, John Mocatta, Non-Executive Director, transferred his entire holding of 600,000 red24 ordinary shares to his wife.  There is no change in Mr Mocatta's interest in red24 shares following this transfer and he continues to have an interest in 600,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.3 per cent. of the issued share capital.
