Director/PDMR Shareholding

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. ('the Company") received notification on 30 November 2010 of the following transaction in its listed ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr John H Haynes, the founder director of the Company.

On 30 November 2010, Mr John H Haynes transferred for nil consideration 147,500 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Mrs AC Haynes.  The shares transferred had been registered in the name of Mr John H Haynes and the transaction took place in Yeovil, Somerset.  Following this transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr John H Haynes in the Ordinary Shares of the Company remains unchanged at 523,575 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2R.
