Directorate change
Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L) announces that on 3 December 2010, Mr. Tom Nairn, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, tendered his resignation from the Board due to personal reasons. The Board has accepted Mr. Nairn's resignation and he will be leaving the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Nairn had served as Non-Executive Chairman since joining the Board in June 2006.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Nairn for his dedication and valuable contribution to the Company over the past four and a half years. The Board wishes him well for the future.
Robert Lowe has been appointed as Interim Non-Executive Chairman until the Company identifies an appropriate candidate for the role and will announce the outcome of this search in due course.
