Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mr Antony Pochin, a director of a subsidiary company, disposed of 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 21 February 2011 at a price of 62p per share. 

Mr Antony Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 69,065 ordinary shares in the Company, being  0.33 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
