Director/PDMR Shareholding

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C., ('the Company") received notification on 22^nd March 2011 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Ordinary Shares") by Eddie Bell, a director of the Company.

On 16^th March 2011, Mrs June Bell, wife of Eddie Bell, purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 240p per share.  The shares are registered in the name Mrs June Bell and the transaction took place in London.  Following the purchase, the interest of Mrs June Bell and accordingly, the beneficial interest of Mr Bell, in the ordinary share capital of the Company is 3,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This announcement is made following notifications made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
