The Company was notified on 25 March 2011 that on 15 March 2011 P.J.Willink, a Director of the Company, acquired on behalf of his children 525 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of £1.70 per share.

As a result of this transaction P.J.Willink has a beneficial interest in the Company of 26,306 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company, and a non-beneficial interest in the Company of 1,132,408 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.37% of the issued share capital of the Company, unchanged from this transaction.
