Director share dealing

Abbey Protection plc ("Abbey Protection" or the "Group")

The Board of Abbey Protection announces that it received notification today that Mr Colin Davison (Group CEO), Mr Chris Ward (Group MD) and Mr Adrian Green (Group FD), on 28 March 2011 each exercised an option to acquire 21,818 Abbey Protection ordinary shares under the Abbey Protection SAYE scheme.

On 28 March 2011, Mr Davison and Mr Green each then sold 21,818 Abbey Protection ordinary shares at a price of 79.25 pence per share and Mr Ward transferred 21,818 Abbey Protection ordinary shares for nil consideration to a third party.

Following these transactions, their interests in the ordinary shares of the Group, as defined by the AIM Rules, are:

Mr Davison - 15,727,518 representing 15.73% of the Group's issued share capital.

Mr Ward - 15,727,518 representing 15.73% of the Group's issued share capital.

Mr Green - 1,782,528 representing 1.78% of the Group's issued share capital.
