Pochin's PLC (the Company)

Concert Party Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mrs R. E. Pochin, who is deemed to be a member of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party, disposed of a total of 110,021 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 28 February 2011, 3 March 2011 and 28 March 2011.  As a result, Mrs Pochin is no longer considered to be a significant shareholder of the Company. 

Mrs Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 493,690 ordinary shares in the Company and a non beneficial interest in 129,986 ordinary shares in the Company, being 2.99 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The number of shares held by the Arthur Pochin Concert Party is now 1,930,954, being 9.28 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
