ADI (AIM: ADI) announces that, further to the announcement made by The Argyll
Consultancies Plc, which is to be renamed Evergreen Oil Plc ("Argyll") yesterday
and the Company's announcements on 7 June 2011 (First pre-IPO Investment) and 5
July 2011 (Update on Investment), the acquisition of Evergreen Oil Limited by
Argyll has today completed. Accordingly, the enlarged issued share capital of
Argyll has now been admitted to trading on PLUS with "EVOL" as the ticker
symbol. ADI has a 5.42 per cent. shareholding in Argyll.
