Cambium Global Timberland Limited (the "Company")

Notification of Holdings

Cambium Global Timberland Limited received notification on 9 August 2011 from Stafford Timberland Limited that on 5 August 2011 they increased their holding to 6,845,311 ordinary shares representing 6.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stafford Timberland Limited is the fund manager of both Stafford International Timberland V Fund LP, which holds 62.8% of the voting rights referred to above and Stafford International Timberland V Trust which holds the remaining 37.2%.
