Cambium Global Timberland Limited (the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

Cambium Global Timberland Limited announces that, pursuant to its authority granted by shareholders of the Company to make market purchases of its own shares on 4 October  2010, the Company on 19 August 2011 purchased 300,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 53.625 pence per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 103,830,000 ordinary shares in issue.
