Result of Annual General Meeting
Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of high performance, high quality heat exchangers and Tru-Twist® heat transfer tubing, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders by the Board were duly passed.
The Board also confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 and notice of AGM were posted to shareholders on 1 September 2011 and are available to view on the Company's website www.turbotecproducts.com.
