                            Settlement of Atlas Loan

Further  to  the  announcement  of  11 July  2011, Toledo  confirms  that on 29
September  2011 it received US$1.5m, being the final instalment of the repayment
of  a  loan  made  by  Toledo  to  Atlas  Consolidated  Mining  and  Development
Corporation  ("Atlas") in an  aggregate amount of  US$4.5 million.  The loan was
repaid by Atlas to Toledo in full and on time.
