Verdes Management plc (AIM: VMP), the specialist turnaround services provider, announces that it has placed 16,666,667 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.3p per share ("the Placing Shares") for cash conditional on admission to AIM. The shares have been issued to meet continuing market demand.

 

Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence in the Placing Shares on Wednesday 12 October 2011.
