The Company announces that Paul Neep, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") on 11 October 2011, at a price of 256 pence per Share.  Following the above transaction, Paul Neep and his connected persons hold 197,593 Shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
