The Company announces that following the acquisition of a further 40 10p Ordinary Shares each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") under the Company's dividend reinvestment programme on 14 October 2011, the interest of Peter Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, now stands at 396,719 Shares, being 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
