                                 Berong Update

Toledo is pleased to announce that the MV ZHE HAI 522 has now sailed for China
with 52,800 wet metric tonnes ("wmt") of nickel ore thereby completing the third
and final shipment of lower grade ore.  To date, a total of 156,330  wmt of
lower grade ore has now been shipped.  Loading of this final shipment was
subject to delays due to two major typhoons in the past month.

Weather conditions have now improved and Berong Nickel Corporation ("BNC")
remain hopeful of achieving a further two shipments of 1.8% material.

Further updates will be provided as shipments are completed.
