Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Devro plc hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at today's date, Devro plc's capital consists of 165,008,564 ordinary shares of 10p with voting rights.  There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Devro plc is 165,008,564.

The above figure (165,008,564) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Devro plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
