The Company announces that Simon Webb, the Group Finance Director of the Company, bought 4,000 shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") and his wife Victoria Webb bought 6,000 Shares, all on 24 November 2011, at a price of 247 pence per Share. Following the above transaction, Simon Webb and his connected persons hold 10,000 Shares representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company.
