The  Company received notification  on 5 December 2011 that  on 2 December 2011
Paul  Johnson  acquired  shares  in  the  Company.   As  a  consequence  of this
acquisition  Mr Johnson has  an interest over  12,043,566 ordinary shares in the
Company, being approximately 3.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 401,030,716 ordinary shares of
0.01 pence each.
