Quadnetics Group plc, announces that following the exercise of Protec options by 
former directors of Protec plc it has allotted 68,970 new Ordinary Shares of 20 
pence each.

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company is now 15,696,973 ordinary
shares of 20 pence each.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM as
soon as practicable.
