Turbotec Products Plc Shareholding

Turbotec Products Plc (`the Company') was informed on 30 November 2006 that on 20 November, 2006, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., (`GS Inc') was interested, by attribution only, in a total of 590,000 shares. The interest in these shares arose from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS Inc.

As at close of business on 20 November 2006, GS Inc retains 4.61 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital (or 590,000 shares) of the Company.
