Issue of Share Options



X-Phonics Plc ("the Company") announces that on 3 January 2007 it granted Robin
Davies, Mike Hosie and Neil Reed 1,162,997, 1,663,846 and 332,769 options over
ordinary shares, respectively.



The options held before and after this grant are set out below:
