LONDON (ShareCast) - Shares in drug development group Fulcrum Pharma rose after it said it will make the maximum deferred payment of £500,000 in convertible loan notes to recently acquired Quadramed, after its 'strong' performance.
In a statement Fulcrum said trading at Quadramed had been better than expected with its fee income expected to be 50% more than a year ago.
Fulcrum chief executive Jon Court said, "I am very pleased with the
success of the Quadramed acquisition. The further expansion of the Edinburgh office will enable our business to increase both the range of its services and the volume of work for our international client base."
