LONDON (ShareCast) - Stephen Watkins, non-executive director of Marvinwood, has sold 2.7m shares in the support service firm at 17p each, netting him £459,000.
Watkins, who offloaded 200,800 shares worth £37,750 last week, now holds 9.6m shares representing about 2.1% of the company, which has seen its value rise over 23% since the start
In the group’s AGM statement today, chairman Philip Reid said, “2007 has started well and results for the first quarter were in line with management's expectations. The outlook for the rest of the year is encouraging.”
