LONDON (ShareCast) - David Ross of National Express, today purchased a further 46,670 shares as he builds his stake in the bus and rail operator.
The latest purchase is worth £602,976 at £12.92 a share.
Ross, who is non-executive chairman, has been steadily building up his stake, which now stands at 2.75m shares, equivalent to 1.81% of the company.
National Express recently boosted its presence in Spain with the acquisition of Continental Auto for £450m.
It recently said that it has made a strong start to the year, trading in line with expectations.
