LONDON (ShareCast) - Philip Hulme, co-founder and non-executive director of Computacenter, today sold 522,642 shares at an average price of 265.65p, netting him nearly £1.4m.
He now holds 20.2m shares or 12.7% of the computer service provider's issued share capital.
Hulme founded Computacenter with Peter Ogden in 1981 and was executive chairman of the group until he stepped down in 2001.
At the beginning of this month, the group said that trading during the first quarter of 2007 has been mixed, although it currently expects the full-year to be in line with expectations.
