LONDON (ShareCast) - NBA Quantum co-founder and managing director Peter Elliott-Hughes yesterday sold 140,000 at 55p each share. The deal was to help the acquisition of meaningful holdings by two Directors, the group said.
Elliott-Hughes' shareholding is now 1,9m shares in the company or 32.34%.
Following a different track was the construction group's chairman David Ridley who bought 35,000 shares at 47p each and 100,000 shares at 55p per share. As a result of these acquisitions, Ridley now has an interest in 468,333 shares, representing or 7.77%.
Meanwhile a third director David Fishwick bought 40,000 shares at 55p per share and 11,000 shares at 48p per share bringing his total shareholding to 51,000.
