LONDON (ShareCast) - Investment company Livermore's chief executive Noam Lanir now owns 47.8% of the company after Groverton Management, a company Lanir owns, bought 5.32m shares at an average price of 35.5p per share.
The group also announced today that Ron Baron, chief investment officer, acquired a total of 2.28m shares at an average price of 35.5p per share, directly and through RB Investments, on 28 September.
Baron now holds 1.9m shares or 4.2% of the issued share capital of the company, directly and through RB Investments. Last week, Livermore saw first-half net profit from continuing operations rise to $11.9m compared with $4.7m last time.
