LONDON (ShareCast) - Steve Rowley, chief executive Anite, has been a buyer of shares in recent months despite mixed trading statements from the IT consultant.
He added another 260,000 shares to his holding today at 72p, for a total cost of £187,000, to follow a purchase of 100,000 in September. Rowley now has a direct holding of 805,000 shares.
In September, Anite said results in the first four months of the current year were slightly below last time but it added it was cautiously optimistic about prospects for the year.
