Small caps round-up: Aquabella, e-pay Asia, UBC Media

LONDON (ShareCast) - Aquabella shares resumed trading after the fish producer released its year-end results and announced the placing of ordinary shares and convertible loan notes to raise £1.685m for working capital.
The group said pre-tax losses for the year to March increased to £2.6m from £1m previously on turnover that rose to £450,000 from £1300 before, which was below expectations.
"Sales volumes since April 2007 have been encouraging and are on an upward trend, with an average of 3.4 tonnes per week being sold in September," said the group.
Troubled mobile phone payments company e-pay Asia said it has decided to close its Indonesian operations.
"This decision was taken as a result of the increasing complexities and challenges faced by the company operating within Indonesia," it said.
The group added that full year expectations remain unchanged and it believes its Malaysian operation will provide it with significant opportunities.
Digital broadcaster and media group UBC Media said finance director Jenny Donald will leave on December 5th, with Gavin Rigby becoming the acting finance director until a replacement is found.
The group also said today that turnover for the six months to September is expected to be up 9% on the same period last year, boosted by a recovery in radio advertising.
Xtract Energy said during the forthcoming year it will continue to identify and invest in early stage energy sector technologies and businesses with significant growth potential. Pre-tax profits for the year came to £7.4m compared with the loss of £220,000 last year.
ResponzeTV has agreed to acquire KHL Holdings from OmiReliant and will offer 10m new ordinary shares of 16p each in the group as consideration.
Software vendor Formjet announced the appointment of David Hennell as group development director and added that the Panda Software contract will continue to run on a two-year rolling basis.
Manufacturer of silicon wafers ReneSola has entered into an agreement with Sichuan Yongxiang Polysilicon Co to supply a total of 3,700 tonnes of virgin polysilicon over a three year period.
