LONDON (ShareCast) - Semiconductor group Wolfson Microelectronics said departing chairman John Carey has raised his stake in the firm.
Carey will be succeeded by Michael Ruettgers with effect from 1 January 2008 but it hasn't stopped him from buying 100,000 shares at 209p each.
His total holding has increased to 4.2m shares, which represents 3.62% of the total issued share capital.
