LONDON (ShareCast) - Accsys Technologies’ chairman William Paterson-Brown has lifted his holding in the environmental science and technology company, spending €4.4m on 2m shares.
Switzerland-based Patterson-Brown, who paid €2.20 a share for the stake, also has an interest as a discretionary beneficiary over an additional 3m shares plus 3.44m options.
AIM-listed Accys announced last week that its subsidiary Titan Wood had signed a license agreement worth at least €2.85m with Al Rajhu Holdings. The agreement relates to the manufacture of Accoya wood in the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
Accoya wood is a durable wood made by strengthening softwoods through acetylation.
Titan Wood signed a similar agreement for the manufacture of the wood in China last November.
