LONDON (ShareCast) - Accsys Technologies chairman William Paterson-Brown has lifted his holding in the environmental science and technology company, spending 4.4m on 2m shares.
Switzerland-based Patterson-Brown, who paid 2.20 a share for the stake, also has an interest as a discretionary beneficiary over an additional 3m shares plus 3.44m options.
AIM-listed Accys announced last week that its subsidiary Titan Wood had signed a license agreement worth at least 2.85m with Al Rajhu Holdings. The agreement relates to the manufacture of Accoya wood in the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
Accoya wood is a durable wood made by strengthening softwoods through acetylation.
Titan Wood signed a similar agreement for the manufacture of the wood in China last November.
