LONDON (ShareCast) - Summit Germany director Zohar Levy spent almost €22m on shares in the AIM-listed commercial property company today, giving him a stake of more than 18%.

Levy bought just under 34m shares at just under €0.65 each, through Israeli public real estate company Summit Real Estate Holdings, building his holding to just short of 50m shares.

Levy is the controlling shareholder of Summit Group, which specialises in investing in office, industrial and commercial properties in Israel and Germany, for development and management.

Summit Germany invests in office, industrial and other commercial properties throughout Germany, and lets them out to commercial, governmental/public sector and industrial tenants.
