Logica to cease trading on Swedish exchange

LONDON (ShareCast) - Anglo Dutch IT company Logica will stop trading on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm by the end of summer 2008.

After the move, Logica shares will only trade on the London Stock Exchange or Euronext Amsterdam.

"In order to facilitate for Swedish shareholders, the company will offer its shareholders commission-free sales of Logica shares during the period from 30 May to 13 June 2008," it said.

The group said its press releases and other company specific information will be available to Swedish shareholders through its website.
