LONDON (ShareCast) - Character licensor Entertainment Rights' chief executive Nick Phillips bought into the company today, spending £36,000 on shares.
He took 500,000 shares in the Basil Brush and Postman Pat firm at 7.2p each, having previously had no stake.
Last month, chairman Rod Bransgrove bought 550,000 shares at 9.3p a go, lifting his interest to 19.7m, or around 2.7% of the business.
Phillips was appointed CEO in March following time as chairman and chief executive of Warner Music UK and Universal Music UK.
