LONDON (ShareCast) - Non-executive chairman Aubrey Adams has opened his account in Air Partner, the aircraft charter company used by the Queen, by spending more than £60,000 on shares.

He bought 2,500 shares at 805p and 5,000 at 815p.

Air Partner, which operates at Biggin Hill Airport near London and several worldwide locations, said last month that it was trading in line with expectations and that forward orders were more than 41% ahead of last year.

“Air Partner's 23 offices in 15 countries, (spanning Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia) provide significant diversification and continue to support the group's aim to reduce the impact of economic fluctuations on revenues,” the company said.

Aubrey Adams is a former chief executive of the real estate company Savills.
