Cobra confirms approach

LONDON (ShareCast) - Cobra Holdings, which provides retail and wholesale insurance broking, said it has received an approach and is in discussions which may lead to an offer for the company.

The group emphasised that it is possible that no offer will be made.

A further announcement will be made in due course, it added.
