LONDON (ShareCast) - Jim Faulds, non-executive chairman of i-design, increased his holding in the advertising company by nearly 50% today, spending £100,000 on shares.

He took 333,333 shares at 30p each and now has just over 1.1m shares in the company which is about 7.8%.

Shares in the company fell June 23 after the group reported higher pre-tax losses and said that results in the short term would be affected by a rescheduling of the implementation of ATM advertising solutions for one customer. On the same day, finance director Ian Hunter bought 12,000 shares at 41p a time.
