LONDON (ShareCast) - Shares in health care worker supplier Nestor Healthcare fell back as it revealed it has has received interest in parts of the business but not for the group as a whole.

"The company notes the recent movement in the share price and can today confirm that the company has received indications of interest relating to certain parts of the Nestor business," it said. Discussions are ongoing it added.

In April, Nestor called of talks with a number of potential bidders despite indications that any offer would be at a significant premium to the then share price. At the time it said the proposed indicative offers materially undervalued the company.
