LONDON (ShareCast) - Howard Frank, vice chairman and chief operating officer at Carnival, has sold more than $2.5m worth of shares in the cruise operator.
He offloaded 66,000 shares at a weighted average price of about $39.62 and now has a holding of just over 294,000 shares.
Frank joined Carnival in 1989 having worked in the cruise and travel industries as a partner with the professional services company Price Waterhouse Coopers.
The company’s share price has fallen over the past year due to high oil prices and consumer spending concerns.
