LONDON (ShareCast) - Directors at the Brazil-focused maritime services group Ocean Wilson have bought large stakes in the company, it has been announced today.
Jose Francisco Gouvea Viera spent more than £100,000 taking 13,300 shares at 790p each. He now has 42,900 shares in the company, or about 0.4%.
Alex Cooper took 3,400 shares at the same price and now has 42,900 shares.
Last week, the company, which operates ports, shipyards and dredging operations across Brazil, reported a sharp jump in revenue helped by the expansion of its vessel construction business.
