Contract win for Business Systems

LONDON (ShareCast) - IT services provider Business Systems Group has won a five-year outsourcing contract from a leading medical and life insurance specialist.
Under the terms of the deal, which is expected to be worth more than £1.25m, Business Systems Group (BSG) will deliver a scaleable and resilient application platform.
BSG will provide multiple services, including BSG Custodian Hosting Services, BSG Forum Managed Exchange Email, BSG Guardian Shared Storage, BSG Guardian Backup and full systems monitoring through BSG's proactive BSG Sentinel Monitoring service.
The company announced a return to profitability in June with full-year pre-tax profit of £0.93m versus a £0.25m loss the year before.
